“Wonderful experience.”
We loved this hotel, the only we missed was the hot tub. The costumer service was excelente. Our housekeeping Verónica González was very attentive and did a wonderful job. “Not bad.”
They have a staffing issue, a hotel of this caliber should do better. As a HH diamond member we had the manager Jed step in and save the day, so my review went from a 3 to a 4 star. Parking is ridiculous, hotel is usually full with non guests and weekends are busy.
