“The Staff Make The Experience”
I wasn’t sure when I booked this hotel because the ones I had been recommended were fully booked. The staff truly made my stay. From Deanna at the front desk, Mike driving the shuttle to the conference and the housekeeping team. Everyone is so nice, professional and responsive.

“Not such a great experience”
Smelly halls, dirty doors, dirty doormats, dirty elevator floor, hand prints in elevator. Air conditioner gurgled all night, Trash pick up woke us up at 5:00 am. Needs an upgrade.

“Do not stay here during Spring Training”
This is our 3rd time at this location, there has been a lot of great updates outside. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful.
