“Beautiful views from room and pool!”
A very nice resort and it seems to have some improvements going on. I wish that the check-in time (4pm) wasn't so late, but they do give you the option to hang at the pool while waiting. Parking is a bit tight and the stairs were unexpected. I should have asked for help bringing my suitcases up.… more

“Pretty nice stay if we didn't have to do the timeshare presentation”
Stayed 3 nights, on a timeshare special offer The room was pretty spacious for a studio. It was clean and quiet. The location was very convenient, a short walking distance to Uptown and Tlaquepaque. My only recommendation is do not book the timeshare offer. It was a painful 2 hour hard sell present… more

“Hyatt: You Need to Step It Up!”
100% agree it may have been good- a long looooong time ago in a… WiFi = 0/10, what is this 1999? Upkeep = 2/10 (Really Hyatt, really) what we get for paying constantly rising maintenance and HOA fees. Furniture/decor/design: 3/10 Location: 10/10
