Beautiful property accompanied by wonderful service. Nice Pool too. We loved our spacious 1Br suite and a particularly thanks to the concierge staff. Nicole got us a table at a wonderful local restaurant when none were available. Thanks Nicole! The rest of the staff was super nice too.

We only stayed one night at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe in Sedona, but it was one of those quick stays that still made a big impression. The resort has such a great Sedona feel, with amazing red rock views, a super convenient location, and some of the best pool amenities for families. The pool area was definitely the highlight for us. They had tons of toys, goggles, and things to borrow, plus fun little resort touches like popsicles and movie nights that made it feel more special than a basic hotel stay. The rooms were also amazing comfortable, spacious, and really nicely set up for actually relaxing after a long drive or a day out exploring. Since it was a holiday weekend and the resort was fully booked, the room pickings were slim, and we did end up in what felt like the opposite side of the property, but even with that, the overall experience was still really memorable. The concierge was also a huge plus and honestly made our short trip better. They were super knowledgeable about local hikes and helped me figure out a sunset hike near Cathedral Rock even though the parking lot was closed, which is exactly the kind of local guidance you hope for in Sedona. The resort also has a lot going for it beyond the pool, with activities, hot tubs, games, and a location that makes it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and trails. The only area that could be improved is the food situation on property. There are not a ton of food options at the resort itself, and I think having better snacks or grab and go items would make a big difference, especially for families or people coming back from hikes. Still, even after only one night, we liked it enough that we are driving another eight hours back from SoCal for a longer stay. This will be our first real extended visit here, so hopefully this time we get a warmer welcome, a better room location, and the chance to enjoy the resort the way it seems meant to be enjoyed.

Excellent central location and walkable to many shops, dining options, attractions etc. But otherwise not too impressed. Small room, uncomfortable bed and little hot water to be had. We were on a quick trip and did not spend all that much time at the property so possible that I missed some features… more

We were on a quick trip and did not spend all that much time at the property so possible that I missed some features. Had something of a dated feel to it and no on site dining of any kind.
