-Excellent customer service seen in ALL STAFF no matter what their job title was. -Pet-Friendly -Amazing bar and grill restaurant, including a breakfast buffet -Clean and housekeeping staff works like a boss -Finally a hotel in Tucson that has actual grass that is probably the greenest and highest quality grass I have ever seen in Tucson -Unique setup, kind of like an apartment style where not everyone in the entire hotel is just in one long hallway of rooms, but they have their buildings labeled with letters and the buildings still have an upstairs and downstairs but smaller hallways in which you feel more secure and safe. -Pool is beautiful, epically with the grass surround the perimeter -Provides types of technology in each room, such as a noise, machine, speaker alarm, smart, TV, coffee machine, phone, etc. -a variety of different types of rooms such as upstairs which can have a balcony facing the courtyard and the pool, and the lower level also has a patio, and each level that has a patio or a balcony also has a chair or chairs and table set. They also provide the other rooms that overlook the parking lot or other area with a window. -Quick response time to accommodations or maintenance, etc. It is technically almost the first hotel out of the Tucson International Airport anyway, so why not set the bar high to start. -

Overall, this is a great stay. All facets one requires for crashing overnights and some daytime easy lounging are very well laid out and convenient. Not to mention its closeness to the Airport and minutes for downtown Tucson. One of the important factors too is it has an excellent in-house resto and bar – with really good food to boot! First of all, Sol, the inhouse resto, is set up like a regular restaurant you’d find as a standalone! Clean, well-integrated, convenient and clean. Before departing we decided to have breakfast at the Four Points and were we both surprised and satisfied both in price and quality – tasty too! The breakfast buffet is expansive, with a large selection and a variety of items – more than most hotel breakfast offerings. Breakfast: My breakfast consisted of perfectly soft scrambled eggs, thinly cut long strips of bacon, a tender, juicy and tasty sausage, incredibly good home fries as well as something not found in many hotels eat joints – buttered and cheesed grits. And being a grits connoisseur, I was in hog heaven with their great rendition of it. The walkability and connection in and around this facility’s architectural design is excellent – I wish more hotel designers would contemplate this design that is very customer/patron/guest friendly. Having the opportunity to regularly stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, not a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed as what I believe is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 4]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score : 4]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 3.5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 4.5]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 4.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score: 4.5]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 4.08. Pretty darn good in my book! Most positive point(s) at this hotel is: very good. Most negative points found here are: almost none. My price to value to overall assessment: probably one of the highest I have found to date. Kudos Marriott. We plan on returning.

The hotel takes allergies seriously, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The hotel takes allergies seriously, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during my stay. No coffee was available in the lobby or restaurant for over 20 minutes in the morning, and the breakfast attendant was rude—while everyone can have a bad day, she was very unpleasant. Noise from the room above was disruptive; I woke up at 6 AM to loud walking and pacing. The bed was on the firm side. The bathroom faucet rotates 360°, making it difficult to get cold water, and no cup was provided for brushing teeth. Check-in was frustrating, as I was given the wrong key after waiting in a long line. Overall, while the hotel accommodates allergies well, the service, noise, and some room amenities left much to be desired. The room had a small refrigerator. Breakfast tip: There are made-to-order eggs available, simply fill out a form and leave for attendant.
