“A great place to stay!”

Whole atmosphere was beautiful with wonderful staff. Only disappointing thing is room service do not replenish toiletries regularly unless requested like tiny bar soap and hydrating lotion - it was surprising that one of the most expensive hotels in Tuscan failed to to do this on a regular basis. “Room for improvement”
The rooms are nice and the bathroom, shower and furniture all felt pretty new. The rooftop and pool area is very nice too with views of the campus and surrounding areas.
