We really enjoyed our holiday time stay at the Graduate Tucson. The hotel was stunning - amazing decor. Our oversized king room was quite nice, we liked the wet bar though thought it odd the fridge was around the corner in the closet rather than under the sink, lol. Also wished there was a proper coffeemaker - not an instant coffee fan, but the coffee bar downstairs was very nice! Also enjoyed the Moonstone rooftop bar - had drinks & snacks there both nights we stayed. Loved the location - very walkable with lots to do, shop, eat right there in walking distance. Valet parking was a bit pricy but the staff really hustled. Bed was very comfortable & great view from the 8th floor. Would return!

There's a lot to like about the Graduate--and some that could be improved. The pros: Cordial staff. Right next to the university. The room was large with a desk and chairs. Quiet. Comfortable bed. (The decoration is a little quirky (SW thrift shop)). Plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. The cons: I arrived on the getaway day of a major local event and suspect the cleaning staff may have been a bit overwhelmed. The sinks and window weren't clean. The room comes with a small water boiler and some packets of instant coffee, which seems less than one ought to expect for the price of the room. Included toiletries are also minimal. Remember to bring your own. There are two dining options in-house, neither recommended. There's an informal coffee shop at which you can get breakfasts like eggs and bacon, but the food, while decent, is expensive for what you get: small portions in a paper container that comes with plastic utensils. The rooftop restaurant has a great view, but the food is very expensive for what you get.

“Safe hotel near the university.”

Whole atmosphere was beautiful with wonderful staff. Only disappointing thing is room service do not replenish toiletries regularly unless requested like tiny bar soap and hydrating lotion - it was surprising that one of the most expensive hotels in Tuscan failed to to do this on a regular basis. Whole atmosphere was beautiful with wonderful staff. Only disappointing thing is room service do not replenish toiletries regularly unless requested like tiny bar soap and hydrating lotion - it was surprising that one of the most expensive hotels in Tuscan failed to to do this on a regular basis. Everything else is superb about the hotel.

The rooms are nice and the bathroom, shower and furniture all felt pretty new. The rooftop and pool area is very nice too with views of the campus and surrounding areas. What was a little disappointing was the breakfast set up. A few minor things to note. There was no coffee set out for the guests like at most hotels. Also the cafe area had only an extremely limited menu. Last, the staff at the cafe worked very slowly with near-total lack of anything resembling enthusiasm. Hilton management what are doing them? You must need to treat them better, change up the roles or do something different.
