The resort was lovely. Breathtaking morning views of the mountains, and phenomenal food. Special thanks to Xhel at the front desk, and Jacob at the poolside bar. Xhel was MOST helpful in helping resolve the work trip scheduling issues that arose, especially so early in the morning. Jacob was an excellent bartender, he makes great drinks and pleasant conversation. I'll be referring all my coworkers who visit the region to stay here.

“Fantastic service with Daniella”

My boyfriend and I frequent Westward Look and several times now we’ve gotten Daniella as a server/bartender. She is by far our favorite. She makes you feel like family and is fun, bubbly, and attentive. She made us want to dine and drink at the hotel every night! And honestly, if she was taking care of us every time, we totally would. We had a blast. Next time you’re dining at the Westward Look, ask for Daniella G!

I always love the rooms, the service, the food, the views and the staff. They are LGBTQ inclusive and that’s why when I travel for business, I always stay here. Xhel gives excellent service and they have their pronouns on their badge, and as a nonbinary person, it means a lot to spend my money at a place that allows their staff to be themself, which means I can too.

“Wyndham Grand - Mostly good - some problems.”

Mixed Bag - the grounds and resort are terrific . The room had some problems: The good was the bed, TV, coffee, refried, and the shower - all A+. Problems: The drapes were hard to open and close and after two days were broken (missing hanger hooks etc. - I needed to get them serviced). The outside … more

Mixed Bag - the grounds and resort are terrific . The room had some problems: The good was the bed, TV, coffee, refried, and the shower - all A+. Problems: The drapes were hard to open and close and after two days were broken (missing hanger hooks etc. - I needed to get them serviced). The outside balcony only had one chair - I needed to call for another. The light on the patio was out and I called it in, but it was not fixed. The air conditioning controls did not work properly - It was difficult to change the temperature - this should have been easy! The carpet was dirty and had numerous stains. The room cleaning was spotty, sometimes the carpet was vacuumed - sometimes not. On Friday, half the room was cleaned - and then abandoned - no fresh towels, no pick-up of dirty towels, no bags in garbage cans, no fresh glasses, no vacuuming, no soap, no TP. Called it in and only partly corrected.
