“Excellent service (once again)”
Many thanks to the staff at Embassy Suites - Arcadia, especially Tiffany and Breanna, who did an awesome job reserving rooms and taking care of many last-minute details for a big family event in mid-April. “Amazing staff”
Great room size, breakfast is perfect. Everyone was so friendly and always so willing to help with anything we needed. Drinks downstairs were delicious. “Good and bad experience”
The staff were very helpful & friendly. There were are a few discrepancy; pull out sofa was uncomfortable, frame was very hard to pull out and mattress was stained. I slept in the floor. There was a wasp nest outside the sliding door and the swimming pool was closed throughout our stay.
