We recently stayed at Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This was our family’s first time visiting this part of Southern California, and the hotel played a big role in making the trip so memorable. The standout for us was the valet team, they were truly incredible. Not only were they fast and efficient every single time, but they took the extra step to get to know us throughout our stay. They remembered our family, asked about our day, and shared helpful insights about the area. The conversations were genuine and welcoming, and their level of service honestly deserves a 100/10. Our room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The bartenders we interacted with were also very pleasant and added to the overall relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We especially enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the food was consistently very good and a great way to start the day. The outdoor spaces were another highlight, clean, comfortable, and very inviting, making it easy to unwind after a long day out. The location is excellent. We always felt safe, and having Santa Anita Park right across the street was a huge plus. It’s a beautiful area, and we loved exploring it. We truly cannot wait to come back. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

“Best Hotel in Arcadia!”

I an a frequent guest at Le Meridien since I travel there often for work. The staff have become like family. Everyone is super friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are super comfortable and it's in walking distance to other restaurants and shopping centers. There's a beautiful park across the street that great for exercise or people watching. The bartenders are knowledgeable on drink menus and recommendations for dining. There is a horse track across the street so many Happy Hour guests to enjoy conversations with. Highly recommend if you are in the Arcadia/Pasadena area.

“No privacy in bathroom”

Overall pleasant, clean hotel and very friendly staff especially at the bar and housekeeping. BUT beware if you are not traveling alone. The rooms have open bathrooms meaning no doors and everything is visible, although there is a (not soundproof) door to toilet. Plus the sink area is minimal and… more

Overall pleasant, clean hotel and very friendly staff especially at the bar and housekeeping. BUT beware if you are not traveling alone. The rooms have open bathrooms meaning no doors and everything is visible, although there is a (not soundproof) door to toilet. Plus the sink area is minimal and there is no where to put toiletries. I know the open concept is popular with designers but not with regular people who don’t like roommates seeing you in the shower

We spent a week at Arcadia Le Meridien and had a mix of experiences. Some unfortunate issues arose during our stay, but each time we reached out, Di and Vincent worked with us to try to resolve them. Our main concern was the room refrigerator, which consistently failed to keep our food cold, as it was essential for our week-long stay. Additionally, we found the beds very uncomfortable, which was surprising given many reviews of praise their comfort. We even purchased our own mattress topper for the bed which unfortunately did not help the discomfort. By the end of our stay, we had sore backs—and even a tiny spider on our windowsill waving goodbye with the most beautiful view. Other inconveniences included returning to find other guests’ dirty room service outside our door, noisy hallways, and weekends being especially loud due to ballroom events—you can even hear the music on the 6th floor. Parking is valet only, so plan to hand over your car and keys, or rely on rideshares as we did. That said, the staff throughout the hotel were great- especially the valet, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. In particular, Jose from maintenance went out of his way to address in-room issues to the best of his abilities, and Di and Vincent worked hard to resolve our major concerns. Housekeeping was on top of their game, cleaning our room thoroughly every day, which is unfortunately a level of service you don’t always get during a hotel stay. Overall, while there were several inconveniences, the staff’s efforts and professionalism were encouraging during our stay.
