The desk clerk was friendly and professional and answered all questions well. Out TV did not have a signal and he fixed it quickly. The mattress was very comfortable. Comfort Suites in Bakersfield is a gem, worth stopping for or going there on purpose. “Amazing place”
The hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is a nice touch and always had a variety of items and the attendants were welcoming and a delight to see. “Will Return Again If In Area”
We had a ground floor accessible room. Not my favorite, but it was the last one available. Bed was "just OK." Towels were good. Really appreciated the soft close toilet seat. Room appeared clean.
