Overall a very enjoyable stay with a couple of things to mention. The hotel is in a central location but also in the middle of a residential neighborhood. If you drive here, be prepared to pay $70/night for valet parking, which is insane but they can get away with it because you can’t park on the street outside of the hotel overnight. The hotel itself is understated but modern, comfortable and clean. The rooms are very spacious and clean as well and artfully decorated. But the walls are thin and you can hear every single thing in the hallway. If people slam their doors too hard, your room will shake. My first night was great. The second night a group of loud people came back to their rooms at 1am and kept me up the rest of the night. It has all the amenities you could need like a restaurant, room service, a gym, rooftop pool and they offer coffee in the morning and happy hour on the rooftop in the evening. Overall I was impressed but wish their parking fees were made a little more transparent when booking.

We stayed here for two nights. First the positive. The roof top pool and bar tender were fantastic! Nice happy hour from 5 to 6, including free wine and reduced price cocktails and snacks (note that they add multiple fees, including room service delivery fees, to any food ordered at the pool). The valet guys were great! The friendliest staff there, and always had our car very quickly. The rooms are larger than your standard hotel rooms. Now the negative: the front desk could be more welcoming. The lady that checked us in barely looked up at us. No bell hop, assistance with luggage, etc. I paid extra for a premier room, and got a second floor (street level, view) room "we are fully booked and that is all we have". No balcony, just a small step, stand-only ledge. Not really a boutique feel as had to call to request extra towels (only two sets in room), robes, housekeeping, etc. Room did have a faint "stinky feet" smell, that was attempted to be covered up with some type of herbal smell. Would we return...no. Either stay at a true full service hotel like the Marriott, Hilton, etc for that price, or save some $ for somewhere else.
