“Great hotel, but one elevator was not working”
Beautiful hotel with stunning views, friendly staff, rooms at new, clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the elevator was out of service for the past two days.

“Overall good experience, front desk needs training”
Hotel was great however the place I booked is not updated apparently. There is no water slide my kid was disappointed. The girl at the front was confused that I prepaid my reservation and still charged me again. I called today and they said a manager would call me back today and still nothing. $… more
