This is a resort that isn’t flashy or has tons of amenities but what they do have is the ability to produce a nice experience every time you visit. It starts as soon as you arrive and after 6 or 7 times staying here we always feel welcomed by Mandy or Stephanie at the front desk and they go out of their way to honor and secure our preferred rooms. The size and layout of the rooms are great and we spend our days at the beautiful pool area. It’s true the food and beverage choices aren’t fancy but Vini, Jose, Amieda, and Carlos do an outstanding job with making sure you get whatever looks good on the menu prepared just to your liking and Happy Hour from 2-5 everyday helps. Vini in particular will even bring your food and beverage items right to your seat if she’s not too busy. We are making arrangements for another visit in June and look forward to seeing everyone again.

This property used to be a Welk vacation property, acquired by Hyatt in 2023. It is a cluster of two-story vacation "villas" with two community pools and one jacuzzi. One of the pools is an adult-only lap pool. There is an activities room with table tennis, foosball, and pool table. There is an indoor area used for activities like arts and crafts for the younger set, and the hotel supplies a Daily Activities Schedule. Near the pool is a walk-up bar and snack bar, but it is open only until about 5 pm daily. They do have Happy Hour daily, and the menu consists mostly of bar-type foods. There are a few private shaded pool cabanas available for rent, some with TVs. The rooms themselves seem decent and clean. Ours was a one-bedroom king, one full bath with tub, queen sofa sleeper, about 800 square feet, with a good sized balcony including chairs, small cocktail table, and lounger. The unit had a full-sized kitchen, including utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and a stackable washer/dryer. I had earlier read other reviews which stated the rooms needed updating, particularly the bathrooms, however, our unit was in good condition. It seemed to have been already updated, the carpeting was clean, the bathroom fixtures were all working properly. While I wouldn't really call these units "villas" ( as they call them ) because they are not luxurious, but they are decent, clean, spacious condos. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming as well. We will definitely be back again.

Here is what I liked about this property: This property is a good one for these reasons: 1. The spacious units provide a lot of convenience for a family. We went to Slaters Food Market and bought breakfast food to prepare in the full kitchen. We ate our breakfast on the patio overlooking stunning mountain views. Kitchens have a blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, laundry and full size refrigerator. 2. The walk in closets and bathroom were both spacious 3. Location is quiet outside of busy downtown Palm Springs 4. Adult pool is appreciated for those that want to seek quiet around a pool. Family pool is large and so is the game room and exercise room. 5. Walking trail is right on the property. 6. Reasonable casual restaurants are nearby such as Bubba's Barbecue and many Mexican restaurants. This is an older property and shows wear on the concrete sidewalks. The interior carpeting is dated as well. This is not a property for those seeking a stylish hip resort. It is a very comfortable place that feels like a family condo. I liked it a lot for our family.

Location is okay. It is close to Target, Trader Joe’s and Walmart and the airport. The rooms are well appointed and clean, however the couch/bed was very uncomfortable. Location is okay. It is close to Target, Trader Joe’s and Walmart and the airport. The rooms are well appointed and clean, however the couch/bed was very uncomfortable. There is no daily cleaning, only trash pick up and you had to request towels each day if you need them. There is a washer and dryer, but if I’m on vacation I’d prefer not to do laundry. Pool is okay.. Very murky and not clear which indicates it’s not bring properly cleaned and filtrated. I have been going here for years and the overall charm of this property has declined significantly. During our last visit there was an individual with an ankle monitor in close proximity to the main pool. Not a conversation I would like to have with my small child while on vacation. There were also some older men that gave me and my family not so great vibes. One of older gentleman came up to my teen in the pool and asked her who the man was that she was talk to (it was her Uncle and none of his business).
