“Review and stars are only for the front desk employee, Ashley.”
Ashley and her kind nature and understanding was by far the best I’ve experienced in my days of having to stay in hotels. She was able to help me with the issue I had with zero hesitation and saved me a lot of stress and worry that came along with making the change.
