“Love the Crown Plaza Costa Mesa”
Right when we checked in, we knew that our stay would be great! Alexander was exceptional… amazing customer service! Our room was very nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Already booked again to stay again in April!

So far we have had a lovely experience at this hotel. Alexander gave us the best welcome at the front desk and was so nothing but kind to my family and I. He made our time here amazing before it even started :)
