I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Culver City and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, thanks to Adrian at the front desk. He kindly asked for my Marriott Bonvoy number and even helped me locate it in my app so he could link it to my reservation. He also pointed out the dining area and guided me toward the elevators, which I really appreciated. Speaking of the elevators, I was informed during check-in that they were being updated during my stay. It was thoughtful of the staff to let me know ahead of time, it helped me plan accordingly, and giving myself a little extra time worked out perfectly. It’s always nice when a hotel keeps you informed about things like that. The rest of my stay was just as smooth. The rooms are elegant and modern with a fresh, stylish vibe, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a long day. The gym is spacious and clean, making it easy to fit in a workout. For breakfast, the hotel offers a great buffet option with a clean, well-presented spread, or you can order à la carte from the menu both convenient and tasty ways to start the day. In the evenings, Manny the bartender is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a warm, personal touch to the hotel’s atmosphere. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Brandon, who introduced himself along with his Director of Sales, Chris. Both were very personable and genuinely enthusiastic. At one point, a guest politely excused themselves for interrupting our conversation, and I watched as Brandon offered them thoughtful, spot-on recommendations for the specific cuisine they were craving( It was their first time visiting Los Angeles from New Jersey). Their attentiveness and willingness to help really stood out. Between the exceptional staff, great communication, and the hotel’s updated feel, I was thoroughly impressed. Definitely a solid choice for anyone visiting the area!
