“GREAT FIRST TIME STAY WITH ALO BY AYRES!”
Check in hour at hotel is 3pm. However, we got there around 1pm and was able to check in right away as the room was ready! That was a plus that they were able to accommodate us! “Disappointed”
I am upset that ALO charged me for three days. My husband had surgery on the 21st. I found out he was going home on the 22nd at 5:30. However, I informed the cleaning lady to clean the room as if she could rent it to someone else. This was in the morning. I didn't find out he was going until later… more
