“A great deal!”
I was surprised at how nice the room was. It seemed to be recently renovated and it had fresh paint, nice bed, very clean. Good working AC, microwave and fridge. It even had a very clean small pool. The parking is excellent. For the money this place is a great deal. I'll be back.

“More than adequate”
Right off the bat - the area was fine. Some "colorful" characters on the street, but we have never felt threatened. Not the best as far as nearby businesses, but I f you have a car, you'll be okay. “Small drawbacks”
The Sahara is a good deal if you prepare. A) Not enough outlets. Can be overcome if you bring extension cords and/or splitters. B) Not enough lamps. Can be overcome if you bring small lamp(s). “Great bed. Quiet and clean room. Very Comfortable.”
