“Great option, especially for USC parents”
- rooms are clean, very functional and comfortable - location is especially good for parents/family visiting USC (can/Uber only 12-15 minutes) - the ground level restaurant is an excellent option for breakfast - the rooftop restaurant is also a great dinner option - I will be back!

“Really Solid Stay every single time.”
Great location for DTLA. They really do their best to take care of you. Love the breakfast restaurant. I usually have business meetings there every time I come in town. Bed and sheets always super clean and comfy.

“Update on a fantastic hotel in downtown LA”
I have reviewed the Proper in the past but wanted to write an updated review because the property is getting better.
