“Home away from Home”
This is my 2nd time back at Biltmore Upon my arrival I had asked for the same room I stayed in, unfortunately the room was not ready. The front desk agent provided me a room on the 11th floor. I stayed in that room, but the glare from the wilshire one sign was so bright I could hardly rest comfort… more

“Magnificent Historical Hotel in Need of TLC”
Magnificent Historic Architecture. Service was excellent. Rooms, bathrooms and hotel hallways need major updating. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors clearly. Linens and towels need to be upgraded - felt cheap. Has potential to be a true luxury hotel with proper TLC.
