“Great family fun in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.”
What a great hotel! My family attended a show nearby at the Peacock theater and I must say, this property was very accommodating. I had a great stay here while in town for a conference. The front desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. “Perfect.”
Completely different experience from Residence Inn Tustin. Check-in was courteous and efficient. W Room was well prepped and they even gave us bottled water and a Christmas popcorn gift bag. Breakfast was run of the mill residence inn fare of at least oatmeal was cooked. Too bad pool wasn’t heat… more

“Good locale”
The room seemed clean, nice staff except the person at valet was a little bristly. The hotel is across the street from LA live which has bars and restaurants, and the Grammy Museum is just around the corner.
