“Very satisfied with this historic hotel”
I chose the Haas for its proximity to my family in LA. The room was perfect, well equipped, and the desk staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The fitness facilities were minimal, but sufficient. I would definitely return on another visit, and recommend the Haas to other travelers.

“Excellent customer service”
I am leaving this review regarding one of the employees who is named saul! He assisted me with my booking by going above and beyond. If you re looking for a place to stay in downtown LA, I highly recommend the Haas hotel. Thank you again saul for all your help!

“DTLA experience”
Clean place…. “Bedsheets” smells clean & fresh. Love the bathroom toiletries… smells so good and luxurious. Not cheap at all. Only downside is, we are a family of 5 and they only supplied us with 2 towels. Didn’t complain and ask for more because we only stayed a night. Safe place to stay with kids… more

“Huge comfortable rooms & great service!”
As a family of 6 finding a hotel with enough beds to accommodate all of us without breaking the bank was a struggle. The Haas ticked almost all the boxes.
