“Best spot in downtown LA”
This truly was the best stay! Travelled with my family (and little baby) and everyone was super warm, welcoming, and so helpful! It was clean, so stunning and the food was amazing. The bed and shower were so good and worth the price! I’d super recommend

“Great hotel but hard to sleep due to noise”
Great hotel vibes and atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service was good. The noise at night was horrible unfortunately. The windows did not drown out any noise from the outside so we couldn't fall asleep until well after 2am when the clubs and bars closed down. I would want to… more

“Beautiful but stinks”
The hotel is beautiful and the staff were nice, especially Daija. Unfortunately it smelled very bad on the 6th floor, like sewage. The smell was in my room too. The room seemed clean, but the smell was just so terrible it was hard to enjoy being there.
