“5 STARS! WE LOVED OUR STAY!”
Honestly I don’t get the bad reviews for this location. We stayed for 3 nights - my family of 5 - including 3 kids and we had a blast! We were in Room 147 and it was clean and we had no issues with the room. I did have to request extra sheets, pillows, and covers but that came in less than 45 mi… more

“leaky ceilings”
Palm Desert. The room had a leak above the bedroom sink which was coming from th AC unit, which they fixed. Thr next day there as a steady drip from ceiling in the bathroom. I told the front desk and someone came to fox it but an hour later it continued to drip. The bathroom floor was always wet… more

“Great experience”
Great experience front desk is on point Maggie has great customer service, she treated us with a big smile, from the beginning to end, room is clean, but does need remodeling pretty soon, breakfast is really good, overall great experience will be back
