“BEST Customer Service”
I have stayed at this location many times. I love all the staff, especially Rosie in room service. During my stay I broke my arm (not at the hotel). Rosie was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me.

“Rosie & team made for a wonderful stay...”
In town just for a short time, but my stay is leaving me with a wonderful impression of Pasadena--in particular: the people! From the valets out front to the front desk staff, and especially to Rosie who delivered room service (fast! kind! delicious food!) I am grateful.

This property is well located for activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff are friendly and helpful.
