“Krishell was amazing!”
Krishell was super helpful at check in! She was able to check me in early and with an amazing customer service. The room was perfect and spacious. Breakfast was good as well.

“Must stay @ Best Western Hartford Hotel in Rosemead, CA”
Excellent location 25 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. Close to a wide variety of retail stores & restaurants for every taste. Courteous, helpful & welcoming staff ready to answer any questions. Quiet town with a beautiful park to stroll in the evenings about 7 minutes away.

“Best hotel ever.”
I was having back problems this week and I stayed at the hotel for two days. The bed and pillows were so comfortable it was the Best sleep I had in a while. The staff is always great. The manager Stanley is always so helpful. The room was clean and spotless.

“Good Value and Clean”
Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. Free breakfast, not that great but it's free. Check in and check out was easy. They provided a hot water boiler and slippers! “Not recommended”
It was noisy from the highway next to the hotel and nothing was done to reduce the noise. The chinese guests staying there were loud. The hotel is in need of an update. The shower makes a weird noise and tiles are broken. Breakfast room was dirty and bins were full. Not recommended.
