“Amazing service”
Ate at the little restaurant and Mimi was incredible with our group. There were 15 of us in our party and she didn’t skip a beat in her attitude, swiftness and overall kindness. Would definitely come back!

“Comic con”
It was a busy day during Comic Con. We walked in with about 20 family members and Mimi was amazing. She was very patient and calm throughout a very tight and busy space. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you, Mimi!

After delayed flights, I called to let the hotel I would be in after midnight. I was told as long as I arrived by 1 am I would be fine. My co-worker checked in when she arrived and was told she would have to put a $75.00 hold to keep my room? The person at registration was rude and seemed not to… more
