“Best hotel in SF!”
This is my favorite hotel! The team is so warm and welcoming without being invasive. Poonam and Kelly at the front desk are knowledgeable, supportive and detailed. They made adjustments to get me to my room ahead of check-in and truly are professionals. I will only stay here in the future.
