“Awesome Victorian-flair hideaway”
It is our second stay. So excited for the location, staff and surroundings. The staff are top notch and attentive. Fresh coffee in the lobby every morning. Victorian style and appeal. Elevator out-of-service, however gave us two days of pastries, fruit and juice for the inconvenience.

“Quaint spot by Civiv Center”
Quaint inn in Civic Center. Stayed here for a long weekend with my boyfriend while we were in town for a wedding, and it was a comfortable stay. We weren’t able to check in early but they were able to store our bags securely. The room was cozy and they have a TV that you can connect to your phone. … more

“Great San Francisco stay - would for sure return here!”
Stopped in San Francisco for a couple days after the Big Sur Marathon - This was a great location! East Hayes Valley location where so many of the colorful traditional homes are located. “Delighted!”
This was my first stay at the Inn and I was delighted. The remodeling is gorgeous and classy. I had a Superior Suite with a queen bed, sofa bed in the sitting area, and two full bathrooms. “Gem of hotel!”
We stayed here a week to get away and explore the less touristy side of San Francisco. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! Loved the Smugglers Cove bar around the corner.
