“Great hotel in heart of Union Square”
Great, boutique hotel in Union Square. Nightly wine hour and great customer service. Rooms are larger than most in SF. Shane the manager is very accommodating, responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

“Charming Boutique Hotel in the heart of SF”
Great location! Charming, clean boutique hotel in DT SF close to everything. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival and in room coffee. Service upon arrival and checkout was friendly and professional. Nestor was helpful in securing our bags for a day of exploring in the city.

Lovely boutique hotel right in downtown San Francisco. Safe environment. Room is comfortable with a good view. Good value for money and kudos for Nestor who’s been amazing.
