“Saw the negative reviews, had to set things right”
Needed room close to Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara CA. This one has kitchenette, full fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils on request, even a toaster if you need. “Won’t be repeating stay”
My husband and I checked in at 6 pm. Three people were behind the reception desk. Not one greeted us. I had to ask if anyone was going to check us in. The lobby was small and the lighting dreary.
