“Relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Santa Barbara”
The location is an 11/10! Close to everything yet it somehow still feels peaceful and quiet. I would have liked an in-room microwave or a kitchenette, and I’m unsure if other guest suites offer this amenity (I will check next time I book). “Perfect Location!”
The location is PERFECT!! Yes, the rooms are very small but it was fine for a weekend, everything else about it was great, service, cleanliness, boutique feel, and the big thing is the ideal location.

“OK Stay”
The location was prefect and close to a lot of places and the water. The room was very small. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was hair, shower curtain was dirty and the tile grout was dirty.
