“Beautifull atmosphere”
Great hotel, very nice room with a great pool. We had a wonderfull stay at the the steward. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast, but there is a small cupcake (crushcakes cafe) store around the corner where you can have a wonderfull breakfast!

“Great hotel, not enough restaurant staffing”
The hotel is very nicely designed and decorated. It’s clean and well maintained. The restaurant has a small menu, but the food is delicious. My only complaint is that one needs to wait for several minutes (up to a half hour) to order food, etc.

“Beautiful hotel with not enough staff”
We have stayed here twice this summer with the same experience both times. The positives: Gorgeous grounds, nicely decorated room, very friendly staff, great pool, near UCSB The negatives: NOT ENOUGH STAFF which results in, delayed room checkin due to cleaning running late (after 6pm), no towels… more
