“Great hotel, great staff!”
Hotel was great very accommodating. Special shout out to Mark who went above and beyond and helped us the entire trip but especially came in clutch when we got locked out of the room🤣. Give mark a RAISE!

“Poor service and room quality!”
The room had dirty carpet and a filthy bathtub. Lunchmeat for breakfast. Waited 10 minutes to request maid service and no one returned from “brb”. Maid tried to enter room after I said no!

“Needs improvement”
Both queen beds in our room were unbearably uncomfortable. They need to rotate the mattresses once in a while. The wall air conditioner rattled, a horribly noisy room.
