“Our new home base in Santa Monica”
Love the vibe and the room was beautifully appointed. We booked using chase points- and without asking a room upgrade and a glass of champagne in hand at check in. Billing all accurate. Ocean is just across the street. Great place to land in Santa Monica.

“A wonderful experience that was added value to our LA visit.”
We loved our stay at Viceroy. It is a nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and perfectly located. Though quite pricey, well worth the money. We will certainly choose Vicery again for our next stay.

“Outstanding personal customer service”
Location, room and amenity quality was outstanding. What really made the difference for our trip was the customer service. Alex stored our bags pre and post check in and go us three bikes, helped my daughter adjust her helmet, got us waters to take on our bike ride to Venice Beach. Basically made… more

“Amazing place to stay”
We had a great time staying at Vinceroy. The staff was very nice and accommodating especially Shaunique at the front desk. I would definitely recommend using their free bike rentals and going along the beach with them. We would definitely come back and stay with Viceroy when we visit Santa Monica
