“A Perfect Getaway”
Outstanding experience overall. Fantastic staff, grounds are beautiful, and rooms are lovely. The food at Layla was exceptional!

“Perfect place for a girls trip”
We had a girls trip to the Napa Valley and chose MacArthur Place instead of a bigger resort. It was the best choice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. The beds were so comfortable. It felt like a cozy luxury hotel. 10/10!

“Impeccable Service”
The level of care and detail was old-school perfection, reminding us how hotel service used to be before everything became automated and impersonal.

“Stunning grounds!”
Superb stay! And, what stunning grounds! I'm a avid gardener and couldn't get enough. Just so charming! You can't help but be relaxed in that environment. “Service and attention to detail severely lacking.”
The customer service leaves a ton falling through the cracks and there is a lack of any attention to detail and guest experience that you’d expect from a nicer hotel. Examples- Check in is at 4, by the time we got to our room and then to the pool, we were informed that it was last call for the poo… more
