We have held a previous event here with flawless service from her and the support staff. i have stayed here in the past and highly recommend the rooms here, extremely clean, well-kept with such a friendly and helpful staff. if you come and visit Stockton for business, or any events. this is the place to check out.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Hotel was very clean. My room passed a black light test with flying colors. Very impressed with cleanliness. Would give 5 stars, except for three cons: (1) The pillows provided on beds (4 each) were the thinnest, cheapest pillows that I've ever experienced at any hotel (no exaggeration). They were shockingly poor quality pillows, as was the one that came with the rollaway bed. (2) One elevator in the west wing was not operational, so it often caused lines to form for guests using the one operational elevator to get to/from their rooms on a very busy July 4th weekend. (3) The parking lot spaces are narrower than normal (I presume to fit as many as possible into the lot). With a vehicle on each side of me (all 3 of us parked exactly within the lines of our spaces), I was unable to get into my SUV unless I crawled through the back hatch. The guest in the pickup next to me had to wait for me to move before he could access his driver's side door. This is very poor planning on the hotel's part, as there is no other convenient parking. Oh! One other thing: in both visible wall outlets in my room (347) , the top outlet was so loose that plugs would not stay seated properly, which makes the top plug unusable, as it is a fire hazard. Honestly, though, the cons seemed minimal and, overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again.

Atmosphere is good room is fine but may need some updating. The coffee machine didn’t work but over all it was a pleasant stay.

The location was great for the purpose of the trip. The hotel also includes residences. It located on an estuary of a river, but the fencing obscures any real view from the hotel rooms. I paid extra for a "deluxe" room only to arrive and discover some things not mentioned. Like the room is on the first floor and the window faces the open area where all activity takes place and is overflow for their bar. The window does not open, I would have expected a sliding door access to the outside patio. There were people occupying outdoor seating just 4 feet from our window all evening so we couldn't even open our curtains to enjoy the "deluxe" view. The noise that night was less intrusive than the extreme presented at the front desk. The room was big with very little furniture. The room is dark and somewhat shabby, though they are trying. If you have cribs or animal crates this room suits. However, I would not have paid the extra room rate for deluxe had I known what that meant. There was an office chair and one easy chair...the mini coffee maker was silly and pointless. The atmosphere is not very welcoming and clearly favors tenants over guests. The front desk was less than warm and friendly and seemed pretty programmed to serve the residents first. The final disappointment, I was billed $12.90 more than the receipt and their Accounting Manager tried to blame my bank - perhaps they are too programmed to serve their student and Gen Y/Z tenants as she indicated bank account rules more appropriate to an "E Bank" than a real banking institution. The bank confirmed the amount they disbursed is the transaction they received from the "hotel". Basically I was cheated by whoever ran the card after posting the receipt. It is convenient to the local sports arenas and the downtown scene and I'm sure they don't lack for guests. We just won't be their next ones. You decide what kind of stay you want, but I would wave off if you are not going to the arena. The Downtown area is shabby and geared to M-F 9-5 businesses. Friday night and it was dead except for the one theater we went to and the purpose for being there. Otherwise, pick a different place.
