“Beautiful venue, beautiful room”
The location is hard to match. Cleveland's Arcade is spectacular. The quality of the room surprised us. It was so spacious with high ceilings and beautiful long windows. We were very pleased!

“Stay if you are visiting downtown Cleveland.”
This is a beautiful hotel and a must stay for anyone who wants to enjoy downtown Cleveland. Bars and restaurants are close by as well as Progressive Field and Rocket Arena. “Beautiful and centrally locacted.”
Beautiful building. The hotel staff were great. Rooms were nice and clean, could have matched the style of the building, they felt a little too modern decor for me. The hotel was right in the middle of everything, which was great for us as we did not rent a car and walked everywhere.

“Perfect location!”

“Friendly staff.”
The location and atmosphere were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room in the tower to avoid a loud wedding and can’t speak to how spacious or nice most rooms are. The tower rooms might be smaller, but they face the lake and that’s nice.
