“Nice place to relax in Durango”
Nice one-bedroom unit very close to town. Loved the pool and used as a hub to Mesa Verde. The loft was great for kids to sleep in. Nothing to complain about as the unit had all necessary amenities. Would highly recommend for the price.

“Wonderful Suprise”
Very nice and lots of room. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at the Ferringway again. Felt like a nice home away from home. The place was clean and appeared to have been recently updated.

“Perfect!”
Stayed four nights in unit 48, two story unit with loft, and it was perfect! Unit is very clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great vacation! Would definitely stay again in the future!

“Kinda dated, but still comfortable and convenie”
The place has an 80's retro feel to it, which seems intentional on the owners' part. The decor seems to harken back to 1986. However, some people may enjoy that sort of retro experience.
