“Lovely property and wonderful hosts.”
This is a delightful, modern furnished, historic hotel just a couple blocks off the main street. I would consider this a boutique hotel. Although it was busy with guests, it was quiet. “Culture and community at its best”
Wonderful experience, excellent staff. The center of the building and the Peeple’s Bar bring both local’s and guests together in a warm inviting space. Can learn a lot about Durango and life if you wish. Great location too! Highly recommend, we’ll be back.

“Fresh Trendy Hotel in the Center of Town”

“Unexpected Visit”
We stumbled on this gem of a hotel. From Check-In to checkout we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Rooms are updated and so comfortable. A quaint relaxing area to relax or enjoy a drink. Check-In is in the bat and TYBIE was great. Make sure you stay here.
