“Wonderful hotel!”

We have stayed here six or seven times in the past and ultimately this ends up being our go to property in Denver every time because it’s consistently great and an amazing value. We have stayed here six or seven times in the past and ultimately this ends up being our go to property in Denver every time because it’s consistently great and an amazing value. The front desk staff when we checked in tonight was absolutely terrific and made us feel so welcome. This is a property that appreciates and recognizes Marriott Elite guests… I’ve always gotten an upgrade at this property, the Delta Pantry is a great perk and I’ve always felt welcomed and appreciated. The hotel was renovated a few years ago down to the studs, so it’s really fresh and clean and new. There are two bars on site, Starbucks, and a restaurant, and multiple other restaurants in the parking lot within a two minute walk. This property used to have issues with noise from the freeway, but they’ve installed double windows and it’s quiet and comfortable. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded that this is my home away from home in Denver.

“Nice hotel”

The rooms were small but very clean. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and pleasant. Caleb was incredible as always. There is also one girl at the front desk who is also exceptional. I don’t know her name. The hotel is close to good restaurants. The lower bar was the only complaint we had. The bartenders did not have a clue about any beer or drink. For example, I ordered a Colorado Bulldog, and she kept trying to give me a Blue Moon. The other bartender was on her phone for about 15 minutes before she took anyone’s order. To make this a 5 star review, you need to replace the bartenders.

Rooms are Fine. Pantry is a Joke . No Free Breakfast, Minimal F&B Credit for Elites Just an FYI, I stay in hotels more than 200 nights/year and never write reviews. I will be making an exception for this stay. After years of traveling this extensively, I have yet to understand the Delta brand. Sprcifically robes in the rooms like it’s bougie but not complimentary breakfast offering for elite members. I a, currently Titanium 8 years, Ambassador 1 year. I was given a $10 single use coupon upon check 8n. Now before you mention the pantry, I arrived about 8:20pm on 4/20 to a pantry stocked with a Starbucks coffee machine, 1 bottle of water, a couple of granola bars, M&M’s, and Reese’s Pieces. Oh yeah and cereal but no milk. The next morning, I didn’t have to be at work units 11 so expected some breakfast offerings. Up early due to being an East Coaster acclimating to Mountain time; 0630 no new stock, 0700 no new stock, 0730, 0830, 0930, 1000 still no replenishment of ANYTHING. Had to go to work. Called around noon or so regarding milk and water (I’m simple), a very rude FDA told me pantry is re-stocked after (the money making-my words-Starbucks closes) there are a lot of guests and the take all the (imaginary-my word- water and milk). Came back around 1700 no new stock, n evening offerings of any kind, although, in there defense they did add gummi worms!. Next morning around 7, still no water, no milk; M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, and Gummi Worms remained available. I stopped by front desk looking for at least a bottle of water, but was sent to Starbucks (not a REAL Starbucks I must add). Went to Starbucks asked for 1 FREE BOTTLE of water since no one seems interested in actually stocking the Pantry. I was advised the6 stock the pantry after their (money making priority-my words) closes. As for them grabbing a bottle of that Nestle water for me… a hard no. I WAS offered a cup of tap water but as a frequent traveler, water has very different tastes in different geographies so I prefer bottled. I Came back later that day and no change awith the exception of 3 random pastries that must not have sold at “Starbucks.” Next day, finally…. Maybe someone that gave 1/4 of a shoot… suddenly there were at least 20 waters stocked. All else remained the same. I happily grabbed 2 waters. My point of all these words is, if you aren’t going to actually stock the pantry, then give a $15 F&B credit per day for your most loyal customers. Will I try Delta again, maybe; at Denver-Thornton? Hell no. I’ll go to the Doubletree across the street and get as man5 bottles of water and delicious chocolate chip cookies as I want.
