We stayed here for one quick night before my son’s dive, and overall it was an average but perfectly fine stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel and didn’t have a chance to check out the pool (we heard it was closed), so our experience was limited, but everything we needed for a short overnight stay was met. The room was comfortable enough and the hotel served its purpose. A highlight was Chris at the front desk—he was very kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made check-in easy and pleasant. We were happy with our stay for a brief visit.

“Bad food and security.”

Breakfast was terrible and they often didn’t have plates or utensils. Side door had a sign indicating it was broken due to software issues but was still unlocked and anyone from the street could just walk in.

Stayed here for two nights as the motorcoach driver of an athletic team. First of all, parking a 50’ motorcoach was very difficult to find the appropriate space in their parking lot. If I had parked it where I was told to, I would have blocked in the other commercial vehicles that were parked in the rear of the hotel and they would not have been able to exit in the morning. The hotel is situated in a very congested area and was very difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property. The room was basically the same as most Garden Inns with nothing that was exceptional. The towels were of nice quality, however the water pressure in my shower was extremely weak. The bedding was all very comfortable. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I do not ever eat hotel breakfasts.

Room was OK, could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly. Building security is poor. The side door had a sign indicating a software issue. However, it was unlocked and anyone could just walk in off the street. The buffet was extremely poor. On 2 occasions there were either no plates or only 2 (both had crumbs on them). And there was no silverware (not even the usual plastic). I mentioned it to the staff and he went in the back and after 5-10 minutes came out with 10 plates. I got my own and directed the other patrons to the cabinet where the plates were stored in the buffet area and the silverware behind the bar. The only time the eggs weren’t ice cold was when I told them they were out and they replenished with a fresh tray. The French toast sticks were hard as a rock. Our room included breakfast but saw the bill when we signed (33.00 for 2). That’s a joke, I’ve eaten better in the Army during field training. There were a lot of minor issues (ice bucket tops that don’t fit the buckets for ex.) that indicate a poorly managed establishment.
