“relatively inexpensive but lacks soundproofing”
A good option for a relatively inexpensive hotel in the area. The rooms are large, clean, and seem recently renovated, and housekeeping is good. “Basic, good hotel exept breakfast”
Hotel is generally fine. Location is perfect, embassies are close. Rooms are old but good. I don't understand idea of wall-to-wall carpet, but it seems to be standard in US. Hotel is clean.
