“Pool and hot tub not working”
I’ve stayed here before and the room and staff are nice. Was able to check in very early and previously the hot tub and pool were working, but not this trip! “soft beds, no hot water”
Beds were soft and comfortable. The pool was not warm and the shower was not hot just lukewarm. our room was not cleaned every day while we were there, we had to ask for cleaning. The complimentary water bottles were appreciated.
