“Amazing and thoughtful staff/ management”
The manager at the guest check in was super helpful and courteous. I had just had a very long travel day and he got me a great room and asked for my preferences. Amazing experience!!!

Late, midnight arrival, due to 6 hour flight delay. Easy check in after a long day. A nice surprise to get upgraded to a suite due to my diamond status. Employees very cordial and helpful. Wow! What an amazing experience and excellent service! Bereket was the very best! He is excellent in how he treats the GUESTS. This was our first contact with someone at the hotel and my husband and I were so impressed.
