“Nod Bad. Could be better.”
Outdated rooms. TV is not SmartTv. Loud A/C. Beds are clean & Comfy. Pillows need upgrade.Breakfast consists of cereal, coffee, Bagels, Toast, Bananas, waffles.

“Great place to stay”
Great Location, Great value, clean pool. great price. breakfast 50/50. Recommended. If I go back to Dunedin definitely I will stay again. Its a old hotel, renewed and look nice and clean

“clean an worth the price”
Yes it is an old building but it was very clean and I was glad there was no carpet!!! The room was nice size and all smelled an looked clean! short drive to beach

“Not horrible”
Overall not bad. The room was clean. The people that live on the property are loud and smoke weed and travels through the breezeways. Annoying, to me, but since I only needed a place to rest my head and shower, good price for what you get.
