“100% A+ Rating IF Sign is fixed AND Replace Hotel Entrance Doors”
The desk clerk thoroughly agreed with me that the large sign above this hotel desperately needs replacing… I had passed the place in spite of my careful attention to google directions… It was only after turning around and looking again that I was able to identify the property via a much smaller sig… more

“Bad communication with customer about an very important item left and no call backs”
My husband left his hearing aid charger in the room...yes it was his fault but we called the same day after noticing it .. they said it wasn't turned in by cleaning staff ...well then where did it go cause that's the only place he had it and it had to be in that room...they said they would ask who … more
