The hotel is beautiful and a very inviting lobby when you walk in. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Rooms were very clean; the fitness center, although small, had excellent equipment and i was able to get a good cardio workout and weights daily. The lobby has coffee for all guests as well. We also used the pool and that was lovely. I would very much recommend the hotel and look forward to another stay.

“A nice option for a quick visit”

Came into town overnight for a medical appointment at University of Miami in Boca. The hotel is nicely located just off the interstate, but not too close that it’s noisy. Came into town overnight for a medical appointment at University of Miami in Boca. The hotel is nicely located just off the interstate, but not too close that it’s noisy. Staff was very friendly and competent, the facility was clean, bright and welcoming. The room was a nice size with comfortable beds - the bathroom could use a bit of renovating, but was clean and well stocked. Although the hotel was pretty busy, it was nice and quiet for sleeping. A really nice option for a quick visit.

We stayed here for our son’s hockey game. The staff was excellent, especially Kyle and Lori at the front desk. Stay here!

I arrived around 11 pm, and was told the hotel was sold out for the evening. I rested in the comfortable lobby for awhile, then approached the night auditor and inquired if there were any other hotels in the immediate vicinity, as I had arrived on foot with a rolling bag and a backpack. I arrived around 11 pm, and was told the hotel was sold out for the evening. I rested in the comfortable lobby for awhile, then approached the night auditor and inquired if there were any other hotels in the immediate vicinity, as I had arrived on foot with a rolling bag and a backpack. A young man described directions to a place called, "Marya's" and offered directions. The other young man auditor mentioned, "that's kinda far to be going on foot." Thus, I said perhaps a sister Hilton Garden Inn in the area with availability could send a courtesy shuttle to pick me up. Neither of these incompetents knew if another Hilton Garden Inn existed in the area, nor could they look it up on their computer terminal. So, I told them that I would go walk and try to find "Marya's," which they said definitely had vacancies. Alas, I never found the place, which was apparently 5150 Tri Town Circle. I often had to stop and take naps in cool, shady spots of green grass to rest my weary feet. Eventually, I returned to the Hilton Garden Inn, where I explained to Dumb 1 and Dumb 2 that I must have made a wrong turn, as I only found the U.S. Foods Distribution Center and no motels. I proposed the idea of perhaps them calling me a taxi (one of the geniuses didn't know what a taxi cab was) and having it take me to the "Marya." They did so. Said they found one , but it might take a half an hour or so for it to arrive. Fine, that works for me. Then Phag1 and Phag2 asked me to wait outside the pool for my ride, which was not a problem as the property had wonderful outdoor pool furniture as comfortable as living room. When an hour or so passed, I went back inside the lobby and said, "guys, this cab isn't going to make it. He's not coming." Phag2 said, oh no, we just spoke to him and he's on the way. But once again, you must stay outside on the side. Breakfast is beginning and we don't want the guests seeing you. I have no problem with that, but it is odd because I was dressed exactly like the clientele coming down for breakfast and would blend in with them like white on rice. Nevertheless, the cab never arrived, and by a half hour after sunrise, I took off on foot again in search of one of your competitors. I hold nothing against your brand, but I would certainly NEVER entertain staying at this particular one. And as a member of World of Hyatt, and the IHG group, chances are that I'll loads of choices to avoid your brand, irregardless.
