“Above and Beyond Customer Service”
Christina Cox Henry was an absolute pleasure to work with at the Boca Raton location. She went above and beyond to help me out, and her positive attitude truly stood out. It’s employees like Christina who make staying at a Marriott an easy and obvious choice. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

“STEEP DOWNWARD SLOPE”
We have stayed numerous times (visiting family) at the Renaissance and were pleased to see the renovation 2+years ago. Unfortunately, although ownership seems not to have changed, the hotel definitely has - for the worse. Room needs a deep clean which appears to have not happened for several year… more
