“Best beach chair rental on the beach!”
We’ve been coming here for 20 years and even though the faces and management have changed we still enjoy our week each year. The one thing that hasn’t changed and my favorite part is our beach rental with Clay. Since getting a chair at the pool is impossible I always look forward to my own person… more

“Great Resort but be careful of the Management Group.”
We really liked the resort but were duped by the Capital Management Group associated with it. Of course, they promised us a free gift for listening to a presentation but never delivered on it. We loved our stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. The condo was spotless including the bathrooms. Loved the towel exchange and room key arm bands.
