“Handy for manatee viewing”
Very clean polite staff who accommodated us for a 2nd night manatee sight seeing trips are on site and very knowledgeable we found mother and the baby and swam with them Bar on site and handy for restaurant within walking distance

“Great weekend getaway”
Great experience! All amenities were appreciated- hot breakfast, guest laundry, and especially the water adventure package. We got to enjoy swimming with manatees and a sunset cruise without worrying about separate bookings. Would definitely recommend!

“Very nice property. Convenient to everything around.”
Super nice staff, great location on Kings Bay. Nice bar outside. Very clean. Right in town, near great restaurants! Five minute drive to to the marinas.

“A good place to stay”
Things were clean. Tiki bar was nice. Good cocktails and good food. Breakfast was good. Easy docking for our boats. Like the reserved slips.
